A Bit About Me

I was a BPO professional before I entered the world of freelancing. I've been to different corners of the city, working in a fast-paced environment as a call center agent for the past 16 years handling various campaigns and talking to people from different cultures and backgrounds. I've learned amazing things about life, business insights, and key takeaways that have helped me advance my career.

There is a wide variety of opportunities with the growth of BPO in recent years.

With this growth and change, I also understood more about the world and its society. It's incredible to see how many different types of people are empowered in the digital world.

Full of uncertainty when I left the BPO industry, but I still did what any adventurous soul would do.

So I decided to take a leap of faith and started my career as a Freelancer, and it's been an amazing and challenging journey so far.

With passion and hard work, I started building my empire of versatile and talented freelancers with the skills to help businesses grow. I constantly challenge myself to improve my work and craft to better impact the people I will be working with.

I’ve been through a lot of ups and downs in my career. But the thing is, I always found a way to keep going.
